this is the first thing i can remember reading in the bible
that came alive
previous to this i had thought of the bible as
pretty words that didn't apply to real life
or at least not my real life
after reading these words
i began to see how it might be possible to find my life in the words of the bible
~ ~ ~
Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest,
whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely,
whatsoever things are of good report;
if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise,
think on these things.

I read this & thought .... our lives in & through Christ become true and honest and just and pure and lovely and of good report and of virtue and praise because His Spirit lives in us. What an amazing thought to think on today. Blessings!
